Nelson Mullins Names Shane Ramsey as Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring Practice Vice Chair
NASHVILLE (March 17, 2017)–Shane G. Ramsey, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Nashville office, has been named vice chair of the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. The group of more than 30 bankruptcy lawyers in the Firm's 17 offices practices throughout the country and represent clients in chapter 11 cases and other insolvency-related restructurings and liquidations.

Mr. Ramsey focuses his practice on financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and corporate trust matters. He regularly represents clients in bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidation proceedings, and bankruptcy-related litigation. He also has experience handling complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution settings, including arbitration and mediation.
