Nelson Mullins’ Jim Catalano Elected into
American Board of Trial Advocates
NASHVILLE (Jan. 20, 2017)–James P. Catalano, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Nashville office, has been accepted into the American Board of Trial Advocates. Membership in the national organization is by invitation only and includes only attorneys who have tried a minimum of 10 jury trials to verdict as lead counsel.
Mr. Catalano handles a variety of business and commercial litigation as well as product liability cases. He also has jury experience handling construction litigation, healthcare, premises liability, professional liability, and transportation litigation.
