Turner to Of Counsel in Huntington
Huntington, W.Va. (Jan. 4, 2017)–The partners of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP have elected Kendra Huff to the partnership and promoted Alex Turner to of counsel. Both are former associates based in the West Virginia office.
Ms. Huff joined the Firm in 2013 and practices with the Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of consumer financial services litigation, employment litigation, and general commercial litigation. She has experience representing national and regional banks and other financial institutions in the defense of consumer claims and counterclaims to foreclosure actions, national and local employers in defense of claims brought by employees and former employees, and class actions.
Mr. Turner joined the Firm in 2015 and practices with the Litigation Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of class action and mass tort litigation as well as commercial, medical liability, and product liability litigation. He previously worked as an associate at a law firm in Huntington and as a business development manager of a New York auction house.
