Natalie Majeed Joins Nelson Mullins’ Healthcare Team
Atlanta (April 19, 2017)–Natalie R. Majeed has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate in the Atlanta office where she will focus her practice on corporate and regulatory healthcare law.
Ms. Majeed advises healthcare entities with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations, business formations, expansions and restructuring, entity licensure issues, corporate governance, contract negotiation, shareholder buy-outs, and private equity investments. She also has general corporate experience representing entities in other industries, including diverse contract review and negotiation for entities in the restaurant, manufacturing, and financial service industries. Before joining the firm, Ms. Majeed practiced in the areas of general business and corporate healthcare law at a Southeastern regional law firm.
Ms. Majeed earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from City University of New York, John Jay College, and earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
