Lisa LoGerfo Joins Nelson Mullins in Boston
BOSTON (Apr. 25, 2016) – Lisa M. LoGerfo has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as of counsel in the Boston office where she practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, consumer financial services litigation, government investigations, and class action defense. She has experience representing clients in lawsuits in federal and state courts and arbitrations and has participated in all phases of litigation, from initial counseling up through trial and appeal.
Ms. LoGerfo has also represented corporate and individual clients in connection with regulatory investigations and governmental proceedings, including by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, Department of Labor, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Ms. LoGerfo previously worked as a senior litigation associate at an international law firm. She also worked as a Special Assistant District Attorney with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
She earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Boston College.
