Dave Holtzapfel Joins Nelson Mullins in West Virginia
Huntington, W.Va. (April 11, 2017)–David A. Holtzapfel has joined the West Virginia office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate and will concentrate his practice in the areas of product liability litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, and financial services litigation.
Mr. Holtzapfel has previous experience as an associate in two West Virginia-based corporate defense law firms and as a law clerk to the Honorable Russell M. Clawges, Jr., chief judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Monongalia County Circuit Court. He serves as vice president of the Putnam County Planning Commission and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, and Putnam County Bar Association.
Mr. Holtzapfel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marshall University and a Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law.
