Whether or not smart contract is “smart” is up for debate, in Mr. Epstein’s opinion, as it can potentially be used for anything. “If you are talking about a complex negotiation or agreement, a smart contract becomes more and more challenging if you are going to try to cover all the legal issues,” he added.
